MMS sex clips do the rounds in Hirakud

SAMBALPUR : After an MMS (mutimedia messaging service) sex scandal rocked Cuttack recently, it has come back to haunt this part of State as well. Reports said two MMS sex clips are doing the rounds in industrial town of Hirakud. While it is still not clear whether the clips have been shot by mobile phone or video camera, the characters in the clips are being identified as locals making things more uglier. The MMS clips are in great demand among mobile phone customers. While in the first MMS sex clip of 3.17 minute duration, the modesty of the victim has been outraged forcibly, in the second MMS clip of 39.26 minute duration, the victim seems to have been betrayed by her boyfriend after some intimate moments were shot. Even the face of the boyfriend of the victim is clearly visible. It is said that one more MMS sex clip is also doing the rounds. While none is aware whether these MMSes have been uploaded in the internet or not, but rumours about of the MMSes being used to blackmail the victims are doing the rounds. While the police are waiting for a formal complaint to be lodged to swing into action, it is said that parents of the victims are reluctant lodge a complaint fearing loss family reputation. A couple of months back a similar MMS made the rounds in Bargarh town. Contacted, Sambalpur SP Sanjay Kumar assured that confidentiality of the person, who formally lodges complaint about the incident, will be maintained. He said he is unaware of such MMS sex clips doing the rounds but assured steps would be initiated to stop such nuisance.
